Which Dua Lipa are you?

The 22-year-old has well and truly earned her place in 2018's music scene, as she made BRIT's history. Yes. Dua Lipa was the first female artist to be nominated for five categories at the highest profile music awards ceremony in the UK.

Heartbreak makes up a huge part of music nowadays, and where we had the likes of Gaga, Beyoncé, Rihanna and Tay-Tay to make it seem a bit better, Dua has now taken their place as a combination of them all. Branded as the nation's go-to music guru when it comes to love, sex and getting yourself back on track, it already feels as if she's always been a part of it. She sings, but, what else? Dua uses her platform to teach and gives us an insider into the many sides of who she is.

As we listen into her rich, husky tones, we see 7 different Dua's you may not have noticed before.

She is not one, but seven of a kind.

Are you sticking to the New Rules as you should be, or, planning revenge on your latest love-life victim?

1. Be The One (the determined girl)

A love warrior, trying to prove to your lover that you are worth the whole world, and won't give up on them, despite being the one in the wrong (apparently.) You're not giving up until they wake up and realise what's missing.

2. Dreams (the vulnerable girl)

You are naïve and at a dangerously low point. You gather that he doesn’t feel the same way, but this ain’t stopping you in the slightest. If you seriously think I’m giving up on this, think again. You are willing to keep going.

3. Blow Your Mind (Mwah) (the confident and knows what she wants girl.)

An independent woman, but wouldn’t say no if there was an opportunity (we feel you). It’s all about you and your new self, but along the way, you find people judging you for your actions – probs well jel.

4. No Lie (the party girl)

It’s time to let your hair down, have the time of your life and live in the moment. You are absolutely done with your day-in-day-out routine. You’re longing for something new, some fun, some self-love. Go and put your favourite dress on.

5. Hotter Than Hell (the girl gone bad)

Your rebellious, darker side has popped up to say hello. You want to cause a stir, you want a reaction. Friends and enemies are wowed. With a craving for some dominance comes a need to influence others. Basically, you’re the best of the best and deserve nothing less.

7. New Rules (the girl who leaves)

Finally, the video with more than 892 million views on YouTube. Sorry. It wouldn’t have been a Dua Lipsticle without it.

You are in this constant battle with “the ex.” What would happen if I stayed? Or should I forget he even exists? The second one. You say goodbye, enough is enough - so keep your distance.

Dua Lipa certainly knows how to wow us after getting 4 UK number 10s, 2 weeks at number one and her new release: ‘IDGAF’ is currently number 3 in the Official Singles Chart.

She belts out her lyrics, a combination of her memories, life lessons and advice she’s taken on board from the toxic and the kindness in her relationships while bringing women together through her music.

But what will she accomplish next, after having her life pretty much sorted out ALREADY?

Touring all over the world is on the cards for Dua, and to finish, she will be performing at one of the UK’s favourite weekends since 1961 – Reading and Leeds festival, in August. Oh, and some new music too. The 22-year-old is hoping to switch it up a bit as she wants to go towards a more soulful sound.

What do you think her next set of rules will be?
